Great to deal with . So helpful from arranging to view the car through to purchase. Completely trustworthy, and we were made to feel at ease. Not a high value car to the garage, but you would not know that from how we were dealt with. My daughter’s first car , and it was a pleasure to buy it from Master cars. I bought a car from these guys and I am very impressed. Firstly the car was not over priced and there was not any pressure to buy. They were very helpful. After buying the car I had a minor problem with a squeak that very irritating. I rang them and got it booked in to have a look. They sorted the problem with no charge. I bought my car from Mastercars as I really liked the people who worked there. It felt like good old fashioned customer service, friendly, honest and really helpful. I really love the car I've purchased. After a couple of weeks, it unfortunately started making a strange noise. With a 3 month warrenty, I thought it best to drive it down for them to have a look at it. They told me I couldn't drive it and they'd get it into the garage on Monday. They gave me a courtesy car and within a week, I have my car back and it's driving beautifully.
